is almost complete. Finishing work is in its final stages and this block is on track to be ready for possession ahead of schedule. For families who have booked in Block 1 — your wait is nearly over.

Block 2

construction is actively underway. The first floor slab work is set to be completed within the next 3 to 4 days — a significant structural milestone that marks the building's upward momentum.

Both blocks remain fully on track for our March 2027 possession commitment.
